“Moldova is on Duty!” Campaign Presented as Best Eurovision Practice

Moldova’s Eurovision 2026 promotional campaign, “Moldova is on Duty!”, has been presented as an example of best practice to other participating delegations.

The presentation took place during a workshop organized by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) on September 15 in Tivat, Montenegro. The event brought together delegations participating in the Eurovision Song Contest.

According to Moldovan media outlet Realitatea.md, Moldova was the only country invited to present its promotional strategy during a session dedicated to the participating delegations.

The Versus Artist team presented how the “Moldova is on Duty!” campaign was developed around Moldovan representative Satoshi, whose Eurovision 2026 participation became the focus of the campaign.

The presentation covered several aspects of Moldova’s Eurovision promotion, including the artist’s identity, digital content, media relations, fan engagement and communication with other national delegations.

The campaign was designed to build Moldova’s presence beyond its three-minute performance on the Eurovision stage, according to the team behind it.

“For us, the EBU invitation is an important recognition of the team’s work and of the way Moldova’s Eurovision presence was built,” Versus Artist representatives said.

Moldova competed at Eurovision 2026 with Satoshi and the song “Viva Moldova!” finished in eighth place at the final.

The recognition also highlights how Eurovision campaigns are increasingly becoming an important part of an artist’s participation, extending beyond the live performance to include digital storytelling, media work and fan engagement.
