I discovered the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005, and this simple interest became a huge part of my life. Over the years, I’ve followed the contest, national finals and artists from all around Europe.

Since 2009, I’ve been sharing Eurovision news, interviews and stories through EuroGlitter. 

For me, Eurovision is about much more than the competition. It’s about music, culture, creativity, diversity and friendships.

Sign the Petition to Bring Hungary Back to Eurovision

A new petition in Hungary is calling for the country to return to the Eurovision Song Contest , more than seven years after its last participation. The petition, published on the Hungarian civic platform SzabadaHang , is addressed to Zoltán Tarr, Minister for Social Relations and Culture , as well as other decision-makers. It calls for the necessary steps to be taken to bring Hungary back to Eurovision and, if possible, send a Hungarian artist to the next available edition of the contest. Hungary has not participated in Eurovision since 2019 . According to the petition, an entire generation has grown up without being able to support a Hungarian performer on one of Europe's biggest music stages. The petition argues that Eurovision could provide Hungarian singers, songwriters and music professionals with an opportunity to reach an international audience.
